A new senior associate joins UGGC & Associés (Marketing Law)

The law firm UGGC & Associés continues to expand with the arrival of Michel Toporkoff. Michel Toporkoff will be a Senior Associate in the Competition & Intellectual Property department of UGGC & Associés, after a long career as in-house corporate lawyer, including sixteen years as General Counsel and Secretary General for Nestlé France and nineteen years as judge then President of Chamber at Paris Commercial Court. Michel Toporkoff will be contributing his expertise in the areas of marketing law, competition law, sales promotion law, advertising law, communications law and all areas of litigation. To-date, UGGC & Associés has a team of 100 attorneys including 29 partners.
