UGGC & Associés consolidate their Bank and Finance department with the arrival of Adil Guessous

UGGC & Associés announce the appointment of a new counsel in their Bank and Finance department. As of January 2009, Adil Guessous will be working at their Paris office, in collaboration with our Casablanca (Morocco) and Doha (Qatar) offices. Adil Guessous is an attorney specializing in: - Banking and financial regulation - Project financing - Acquisition financing and structure finance - Capital investment and issue of composite securities He began his career in 1998 in the corporate department at Watson Farley Williams in Paris. Adil Guessous then joined the Bank and Finance teams of various Anglo-Saxon firms in Paris (Orrick, Morgan Lewis and Dechert).
