UGGC & Associés opens a new office in Qatar

Laurent Chambaz, partner at UGGC & Associés since 2001, will be managing the Desk. A team is being assembled and one of the firm's current partners will take up residence in Doha during the first half of 2009. UGGC & Associés now has 8 offices abroad, where one third of the 150 lawyers of our firm are working: Brussels, Casablanca, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taipei, New Delhi and Doha. Our firm has been assisting its clients in Qatar for many years already and the development of this activity now allows us to meet new demands with a permanent staff on site. This project fits in with our global strategy of international development in countries with an emerging law market.
