UGGC & Associés advises RFF in regard to its advertising boards.

The public entity Réseau ferré de France (French railroads) organised a competitive call for the choice of operators to install advertising boards on their domain. This is one of the most important competitive call in this activity. This process was divided into two different conracts one for the railways station and one for the other parts of the public domain. Both contracts have been attributed, one to the partnership founded by JC Decaux and Avenir (« station contract ») and one to the company Métrobus («outside station contract»). RFF was advised by UGGC & Associés (Thierry Dal Farra, Philippe Hansen and Franck Lepron) for all Public law issues and by Me Pierre Bonfils for all legal issues related to the advertising boards.
