UGGC & Associés advises the Philharmonie de Paris for the new Paris' auditorium

The construction of this new auditorium between now and 2012 for the Philharmonie de Paris on the La Villette site (20,000 m², 2,400 seats) has just begun with the launch of an architectural competition. The purpose of this new concert hall is to welcome the best philharmonic orchestras, as well as jazz or world music concerts. The project also includes rehearsal and exhibition halls, shops and a restaurant. UGGC & ASSOCIÉS, (Thierry Dal Farra, partner, and Franck Lepron, associate) are acting as legal counsel to the portage structure and project owner of this EUR 200 million investment, with the support of the State as well as the Paris City Council and the Île de France regional authorities.
