UGGC & Associés appointed as counsel for Bongrain for its disposal of an industry site to the company Duc.

The Bongrain Group, world and European leader in milk processing, concluded a memorandum of understanding, on April 29th 2008, with the company Duc, leading producer of certified poultry and chicken, in view of the transfer of an industrial production site (luxury breaded chicken) situated in Gouaix (Seine-and-Marne). Groupe Bongrain was advised by UGGC & Associés with Jean-Jacques Uettwiller, Ali Bougrine and Natalia Toribio.
