UGGC & Associés assists ADP for its new contractual organisation

In connection with their new status, Aéroports de Paris, which remain a contracting authority subject to prior invitations to tender, have wished to adopt new rules for the award and performance of their construction, supply and services contracts. Aéroports de Paris entrusted UGGC & Associés with this work; Thierry Dal Farra, partner, public economic law and public criminal law department, will be in charge, assisted by Franck Lepron and Clémentine Rits, associates.
