UGGC & Associés assists Donatello in its take over of CIT

Compagnie Italienne de Tourisme (CIT), which in its time was the first tour operator in Italy, had been put into receivership and then into liquidation by order of the Paris Commercial Court. Out of 22 proposals, the Court chose the bid made by Donatello, which offered to take over CIT’s entire distribution network. Donatello, the current leader in “a la carte” trips to Italy, will now have its own distribution network, which should allow it to significantly increase its turnover. With more than 200 staff, thanks to this operation, Donatello is consolidating its position as leader on this travel destination.
