UGGC & Associés assists Groupe du Louvre with the regrouping of its hotel divisions
Société du Louvre (company also operating Baccarat and Annick Goutal) decided to join its hotel divisions, Luxury and Budget, in a new single structure, Louvre-Hôtels.

As a result of this regrouping, involving 796 “budget” establishments trading under the Envergure name (Campanile, Première Classe & Kyriad) and 92 “luxury” establishments trading under the Concorde name (Crillon hotel in Paris, Le Martinez in Cannes…), the new entity Louvre-Hôtels will rank 3rd in Europe and 8th worldwide in the hotel sector. UGGC & Associés assist Groupe du Louvre for this transaction.

Labour issues raised by this regrouping are handled by Sophie Uettwiller, assisted by Danièle Claus, while Jean-Jacques Uettwiller is in charge of commercial law issues and Antoine Gabizon the tax aspects of this transaction.
