UGGC & Associés conseul to AP-HP
Following a competitive bidding process, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris* (AP-HP) awarded a contract to Thalès Services SAS-GE Medical Systems SCS for the computerization of the clinical information systems of all 39 of its hospitals (with 88,000 users and 1 million hospital admissions per year).

Thanks to this computer system, a single shared medical file will be created, to ensure the follow-up and processing of all information concerning AP-HP patients, regardless of where they initially access the system and subsequently move among various AP-HP hospitals. This will also improve the quality of the information being collected, assist in providing better-managed and safer medical treatment, as well as help organize hospital stays.

The computer system thus set up will avoid unnecessary tests and help make patient access to healthcare more flexible, thanks to better management of appointments and available resources.

To draft tender documents and ensure the completion of the entire process, AP-HP was advised by UGGC & ASSOCIÉS (Thierry Dal Farra and Jehan Béjot, partners, and Louis Dubois and Mehdi Boudieb, associates).
