UGGC & Associés counsels Alliance Entreprendre for 2 Minutes fundraising activities.

2 Minutes, a digital production studio specialized in virtual animation, has raised a Euros 1,05M with Alliance Entreprendre and Galia Gestion (Caisse d’Épargne Group). Founded in 2000 by Jean-Michel Spiner, 2 Minutes is both a service provider and a producer. 2 Minutes has settled a production financial and technical scheme leaning on several teams located in Paris, Angoulême, Quebec and China. An on going R & D effort has allowed 2 Minutes to develop its own softwares to improve its creative capacity and its production line. Specialised in Capital Investment, Alliance Entreprendre is a subsidiary to Groupe Caisse d’Épargne. It manages some 240 M€ throught LBOs and capital development funds. since its creation in 1995, Alliance Entreprendre has managed more than a 120 investments. Leaning on Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine - Poitou Charente, Galia Gestion is a capital investment company based in Bordeaux. It is specialized in SME financing in the south west of France area. Galia Gestion is curently managing some 65 M€, principally throught venture capital mutual funds. This first institutional round will allow 2 Minutes to reinforce its production and service providing means, but also to set up an innovative multimedia project development policy. « The time was perfectly chosen to find a partner and boost our growth », says Jean-Michel Spiner, founder and manager of 2 Minutes.
