UGGC & Associés counsels to DistriTOYS for their issue of OBSAR

DistriTOYS, a group established in the Isère department, first toy wholesaler and second toy retailer in France, recently issued OBSARs, in the total amount of EUR 5 million. The purpose of this transaction was to allow DistriTOYS to finance their development in France and in Spain. These OBSARs were subscribed to by Caisse d’Epargne des Alpes, and a significant portion of BSARs was transferred to FIJACE (majority shareholder of DistriTOYS) as well as to Banque de Vizille, BNP Paribas Développement and Caisse d’Epargne des Alpes. Véronique Rondet-Bresard and Pierre-Antoine Jacquesson (Banque de Sao Paolo) acted as financial advisers to DistriTOYS. Banque de Vizille was advised by Olivia Dubois (Duteil law firm). For all legal aspects of this transaction, DistriTOYS were assisted by Ludovic Giraud, Notary public, and Pascal Squercioni, partner of UGGC & Associés.
