UGGC & Associés counsels to Natexis for its acquisition of opticians Visual

GrandVision has just announced the acquisition of opticians Visual. This transaction will give independent opticians who are part of the Visual network access to GrandVision shared services. These services include its purchase centre, logistics, as well as computer programs and training modules. GrandVision was assisted by Ayache Salama & Associés law firm (Bernard Ayache, David Ayache & Julie de Plinval).
