UGGC & Associés involved in the purchase of an interest in Arthur Communication by Caisse d'Epargne Group

Caisse d’Épargne Group has purchased a 34% interest in the capital of Arthur Communication, the number five French estate agents network operating under the name of «Arthur l’Optimist». The Arthur Communication network currently consists of 450 agencies, carrying out 23,000 transactions per year. With this partnership, the current network of Arthur Communication should double by 2009. The founders of Arthur Communication were assisted by UGGC & Associés (Jean-Philippe Crot, partner, and, Jacques-Olivier Salès, associate); Caisse d'Épargne Group dealt with this transaction internally.
