UGGC & Associés, legal adviser of LANCASTER for the resumption of the leather worker SEQUOIA in plan of transfer
By sentence of the commercial court of Nanterre on December 23rd, 2011, Lancaster company, the French leather worker, was appointed rescuer of assets and activity of the company Arnex, and its subsidiary Arnex Boutique, in receivership since 3 aout on 2011 and which exploited the brand SEQUOIA (handbags and small leather craft). This acquisition allows LANCASTER to strengthen its position on the current market.

The offer of LANCASTER allows the saving of more than 75 % of jobs. LANCASTER plans a new investment of about 2.5 million euro to assure the perpetuity of the exploitation and the redeployment of the brand SEQUOIA.

UGGC and Partners advised Lancaster with Thierry Monteran, partner and Mathieu Mieulle, co-worker.

Hélène Bourbouloux (SCP Facques, Hess, Bourbouloux) was a receiver of the company.
G&B Associés was the advice(councils) of the founders of Sequoia.
