UGGC & Associés, legal counsel to Experian for its acquisition of Emailing Solution

Experian, specialist in information processing and optimization of client relations, has acquired Emailing Solution, one of the leading French companies in permission-based email marketing campaigns. Emailing Solution will reinforce the marketing activities that the Experian group developed through CheetahMail, present in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands. As a result of this acquisition, the Experian group will become one of the major European players in email marketing. UGGC & Associés advised Experian, Edouard Héliot, partner, was assisted by Yves Mondellini, attorney in corporate law, and Laetitia Squercioni, senior associate, attorney in tax law.
