UGGC & Associés legal counsel to Oddo PE, Tempo Capital and OTC AM for their purchase into the capital of Trace One
Trace One, software publisher offering collaborative applications for industry and commerce, has changed shareholders. Since 2002, several VCs held interests in the capital and were in control, first Siparex, I Source Gestion and A Plus Finance, who had purchased shares in September 2002, and then Sgam AI, FCJE and Equitis had joined them two years later, for the second pool. Today, they are all selling and they are being replaced by Oddo PE, leader of new purchasers, together with Tempo Capital Partners and OTC AM.

Born in 2000, Trace One developed a software allowing big distribution operators to ease their relationships with their suppliers, by accelerating the process involved to put their products on sale. Nowadays, Trace One’s offer is mostly concerned with distributor own brands in the food sector

Oddo Private Equity belongs to the Oddo Group which is organized around two poles: investment banking and asset management. Since 2006, the Oddo Group has started a Private Equity activity with the avowed purpose of becoming a major operator in investment capital. The team has invested in around fifteen companies mostly family-owned, the heart of Oddo Group’s expertise.

Tempo Capital Partners, consultants specializing in investments, acquires, manages and constitutes risk capital investment portfolios. Currently, Tempo is investment consultant for various funds established jointly with top funds in order to acquire risk portfolios on the second market. With some EUR 200m in consolidated investments in these funds and 50 investments altogether, Tempo is currently European leader.

OTC Asset Management is an independent management company approved by the AMF in 2001 dedicating its expertise to unlisted companies, by purchasing interests in the capital of such companies.
