UGGC & Associés legla counsel to Oddo Asset Management for the capital raise of Concoursmania.

Based in Bordeaux, Concoursmania is an online games-competition designer and promoter. The company was born in 2007 from the merger of Liet Editions, first french company to edit a web portal dedicated to online games and drawings, and Klarsen, contractor in the B-to-B sector fo brands and web sites. In 2007, Concourmania has had an annual internal growth of 30%, for a net margin of 10% and a revenue of some 2M€. Oddo Asset Management is a fully owned subsidiary to Oddo et Cie, entirely dedicated to asset management for both private and institutional clients. The company is present on all main management styles: shares (mid caps, quantitatives and actives), convertible debenture, asset allocation, traditional and alternative multi-management, bonds, monetary and Private Equity. Concoursmania's fund raising of some 1,8M€ was entirely subscribed by Oddo Asset Management. Its aim is to finance three main development streams: "Increase the audience of our web sites throught the development of our portfolio, the growth of our staff from 12 to some 35 salaries in 2010, and finally the acquisition of web sites, one operation being currently under study", says Julien Parrou, CEO of Concoursmania. Pascal Squercioni, partner, accompanied by Anne Ducros, counseled Oddo Asset Management in the scope of the fund raising activity.
