Our Project activity draws lawyers from our Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, Public Law and Tax Law departments. These multi-disciplinary teams enable UGGC & Associés to assist on a broad range of industrial projects.

This has enabled UGGC & Associés to acquire extensive expertise in financing, building and operating complex industrial projects such as ore processing plants, power stations, airport complexes, container terminals. The firm has also been involved in public work construction financing: high speed railway lines, roads and motorways or sports stadia.

Experts from various departments can be called upon both for the initial structuring of projects (choice of project companies and financing structure, use of tax optimization schemes…), as well as reviewing the project from a finance law, public law, town planning law or environment law point of view.

UGGC & Associés is particularly sought after in cases of public procurement contracts and/or Public/Private Partnerships. The firm has been involved in many major transactions in France since the introduction of the June 17th 2007 Order, both as consultant for the State or local authorities, and for private operators interested in bidding for a contracts.
