Assistance in managing major public projects

The Public Corporate team has extensive experience in assisting public entities to implement and manage their big projects (big cultural projects, transport networks and infrastructure, etc).

This assistance mainly consists in determining for each project, in relation to any constraints or specific objectives, the institutional and contractual structure as well as the most appropriate governance.

Within this scope, the Public Corporate law team is involved throughout all phases of the operation:

- assistance in defining the project’s structure (public establishments, trading companies, semi-private corporation, EIG, PIE) and the contractual structure
- defining governance and function of project structures
- preparing legislative and regulatory texts
- drafting statutes, defining prudential rules (in particular criminal liability) and the delegation of powers
- carrying out legal formalities
-implementation of the contractual structure.

This assistance is based on a multi-disciplinary approach, the team being able to draw on the expertise of other experts within UGGC & Associés such as: Tax law, Corporate law, Labour law, Criminal law, etc.
