UGGC & Associés has broad experience in stock exchange law and share issues on the French market (introduction on a stock exchange, capital increase, issuing complex or hybrid securities – preferred shares or perpetuals).
Our firm has long standing relations with market authorities and can act as a consultant and in litigation matters for all types of stock exchange transactions.
This expertise in stock exchange law allows our firm to assist listed companies in all of their ongoing relations with market authorities (exceeding thresholds, publishing agreements between shareholders, concerted action, directors’ declarations, stock option or free share plans for French or foreign companies, share repurchase plan…).
The firm’s teams also regularly get involved in privatisations both in France and abroad, on behalf of States as well as private companies interested in taking over public entities.
In particular, the firm was involved in several of the most significant privatisations in France as well as the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) area and in Sub-Saharan Africa. UGGC & Associés has all the expertise required to organize privatisations on behalf of States and can also get involved on behalf of private groups, to draw up the documentation required and to submit their replies to calls for tender.
