Medias and TV production

As regards copyrights and related rights, the department enjoys a specific expertise of audiovisual production. UGGC & Associés has wide expertise in all aspects of audiovisual production, and in particular format protection, in drawing up the contracts in connection to audiovisual production (co-production contracts, authors’ contracts, presenters’ contracts, broadcasting contracts).

UGGC & Associés also assists its clients, mainly production companies, with the management and defence of their rights on audiovisual work they produce and the protection and defence of trademark rights associated with such work.

UGGC & Associés also assists with the protection and management of the right of portrayal of property or persons, and in particular during negotiations of contracts, licences and sponsoring, or litigations on the use of property or persons portrayal.
