Investments in North Africa

UGGC & Associés has a long established experience of investments in North Africa and the development of their activities there led the firm to open an office in Casablanca in 2002.

The Casablanca office has become one of the largest French firms in Morocco. The office assists the firm’s clients with all their Moroccan legal issues and in particular in their investment projects (M & A, property financing and investment).

From their base in Casablanca, but also through their teams in Paris, the firm assists clients on a daily basis in the MENA zone (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt).

For example, the firm has been involved on several occasions in assisting clients in their privatisations operations or external growth in Algeria.

The firm also works regularly in Tunisia and Egypt through a network of regular correspondents.
