Employee benefits
For several years now UGGC & Associés has set up a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the management of employee benefits schemes. This team includes lawyers specialised in labour law, tax law and corporate law, which allows the firm to offer completely integrated services for the implementation and follow up of employee benefits schemes.
Our firm’s expertise covers:
- setting up variable remuneration, individual or collective bonus schemes;
- researching and drawing up stock option and/or free share allocation plans (scope of application within groups, variable calculation methods for number of rights issued, disqualification criteria…) as well as their enforcement methods for employees of foreign subsidiaries and expatriates;
- issuing hybrid securities to managers and executives (BSA, BSPCE, preferred shares...) as well as calculating tax and national insurance impacts;
- implementing legal profit-sharing and participation schemes for employees by way of global collective agreements;
- introducing optional PEE, time savings account, PERCO…;
- creating and operating ad hoc staff companies, holdings or dedicated company investment funds.
