Contractual Litigation and Civil Liability

The Litigation and Arbitration team gets especially involved in litigations relating to general and special liability systems: contractual civil liability (invalidity suits, breach of negotiations or promises, action to enforce a guarantee) and tort cases, product liability, medical and transfusion liability, liability of the State before judiciary jurisdictions (assault, dysfunction of justice department…), transport liability (relationship between carrier and subcontractor, between shippers, forwarding agents and carriers).

Bank and Financial Litigation

The lawyers of this department have specific expertise in bank and financial litigations, and they assists clients with issues concerning reference shareholders, banking pools, breach of banking relationship, securitization, wrongful provision of loans, commercial bills, collective proceedings.

Corporate Litigation

Our Litigation and Arbitration team also enjoys recognized expertise in the management of corporate litigation, with regards to the general operation of corporations (minority expertise, corporate suit, civil liability of company officers, wrongful discharge, conflict of interest, abuse of majority or minority), as well as litigation in merger and acquisition transactions (financial expertise in setting transfer price, implementation of assets and liabilities guarantee agreements, challenging earn out clause enforcement…).

International Litigation
