Not for profit organisations – philanthropy

Lawyers from the Private Client department practise in the areas of the law that govern not for profit activities and especially, philanthropy. In particular, the firm plans and sets up, either directly or in collaboration with foreign specialists, foundations, endowment funds, charitable trusts or foundations and other not for profit organisations, particularly of a philanthropic nature.

In these areas, the Private Client department is involved in legal and fiscal aspects either on behalf of the founders, the organisations or the beneficiaries.
