Our Tax Law department assists its clients throughout their tax litigation, from the amicable negotiation stage with authorities (reassessment proposal, notice of reassessment…) to litigation proceedings.

UGGC & Associés is also competent to deal with specific customs issues (price classification, transit operations, customs value), from the early defence stage before administrative commissions and all through any subsequent administrative and civil proceedings.
