UGGC & Associés training

Attorneys at UGGC & Associés prepare and provide training sessions to the firm’s clients. The firm has the status of a training organization and fees charged for training sessions can be offset against the employer’s obligation to finance professional training.

These training workshops deal with various topics covering the firm’s main areas of practice. Lawyers from the firm’s specialist practice areas deliver the courses, so that each specialist subject is handled by an in-house expert, with a thorough knowledge of the subject and teaching methods. For some courses, lawyers from different practice areas will join together to run the course.

Each participant is provided with relevant course materials prepared in-house which include laws and case law decisions applicable to the course.

All the firm’s training sessions are designed to be interactive so that we can accurately respond to our client’s needs and provide them with the skills to put their newly acquired training into practice.

Training workshops last from between 2 hours to a full day, depending on the subject and our clients’ requests.

Workshops may be held on our premises, in our conference room (designed to suit small or large groups from 2 to 60 people), or at our client’s premises anywhere in France.
