Throughout these issues, UGGC Avocats is frequently associated with processes of legislative and regulatory reform to the benefit of lawyers and judges.
Our team is very present on training actions or disclosure of information among business managers, lawyers or judges.
This particular attention, shared by all members of « insolvency » team, is manifested through the participation or organization of conferences, the teaching of subject as part of lawyers and judges’ ongoing training, including the most famous “Les Entretiens de la sauvegarde”. This is also reflected in the drafting of numerous articles.
In 2005, Thierry Montéran has created « la Gazette des Procédures Collectives » which he has been ensuring, since this date, next to Professor Pierre-Michel Le Corre, the scientific direction. He also created, at the same period, the annual event “Les Entretiens de la sauvegarde”, which gathers every year nearly 800 professionals: lawyers, judges, legal representatives and professional accountants.
The firm is also present in all professional journals, of which “la Gazette des Procédures Collectives”, “le Bulletin Joly” et “la Revue Dalloz”.
