[Agenda] / A delegation of the AFEC, led by its president Muriel Chagny, will be hosted by Mr. Benoît Coeuré, new president of the French Competition Authority.
Michel Ponsard, partner at UGGC Avocats, will take part in this meeting, in the context of his function as vice-president of the AFEC and his work on competitive developments within the association.
The purpose of this meeting will be to listen to and exchange views on current and future competition law issues and to promote increased cooperation between the AFEC, with its diverse membership, and the ADLC on competition issues.
