A look back at our annual breakfast on “What’s new in competition and distribution law?

• Merger control: control of transactions below the thresholds (evocation, Doctolib), control of foreign subsidies, evolution of merger control on the African continent ;
• Antitrust: OVS and secrecy of correspondence, antitrust news (non-abuse agreements, etc.), follow-on ;
• Digital: DMA, antitrust in the digital sector;
• Distribution: buying groups, significant imbalance, etc.

These rich discussions addressed issues that are central to companies’ preoccupations, and enabled them to share feedback and practical analyses.
