Real estate

Real estate, one of the pillars of the economy, has not escaped the changes linked not only to the economic context, but also to the demands of sustainable development, land and urban planning constraints, and so on. For project developers and property owners, these changes mean that they have to integrate new constraints and reconcile them with their business models, for example by intervening more on existing buildings to change their purpose or adapt them to new needs.

Cross-disciplinary support

We work with all players in this sector (investors, developers, builders, owners, operators and users) on all types of property (housing, offices, logistics platforms, craft and industrial buildings, hotels, shopping centers, etc.), offering cross-functional support covering the entire real estate project or building lifecycle. We are thus able to intervene from project structuring through to sale or resale.

For new-build or refurbishment projects, our teams are involved in defining the project, its financing, auditing permit applications (particularly for town planning), concluding project management and works contracts, and monitoring the worksite. Similarly, in the context of real estate acquisitions and investments(asset deals or share deals), we carry out pre-sale audits, advise our clients during negotiations and, where necessary, draw up legal documentation in collaboration with notaries.

At the property management stage, our real estate department is involved in drafting lease contracts and asset management.

At the end of the cycle, the firm assists owners with building conversion, vendor legal audits and building sales.
