Who am I?
I am 100% a product of UGGC! I joined the firm as an apprentice and after a short stint in the corporate world, I came back to the firm as a legal officer then as an associate.
I became a partner in 2011.
In addition to my legal practice, I am a very frequent contributor to law journals. I am also the author of a book on public property and co-author of a book on art law.
UGGC & me
My presence at UGGC since the start of my career says a great deal about my relationship with this firm and with the people who are a part of it.
We have an entrepreneurial culture and a cohesive spirit, which is rare for a law firm. We have always found ways to balance our constant quest for excellence (which we have achieved) with a high quality of work life and our interactions with others.
My practice
Over the years, and after many cases, my practice has expanded to cover several legal fields and sectors of activity.
Early on, I focused on urban and spatial planning law, but quickly added a specialisation in public property law, which is a subject I am passionate about and to which I dedicate much of my time.
I also devote a lot of work to railway law and railway regulations.
Finally, I am extremely active in art law, working primarily for public institutions and museums.
