Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, I specialise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. I work at UGGC Avocats, which I joined in 2007.

My practice
I act for investment funds and founders in venture capital, private equity and LBO transactions.
I also advise industrial and commercial players on company acquisitions and disposals, and on any corporate law issues they may encounter.
I also provide training on shareholders’ agreements for France Invest, the French association of investors for growth.
