Who am I? 

For over 15 years I have been assisting Belgian or foreign natural persons and companies with interests in Belgium with all aspects of their taxation issues.

UGGC & I

This is a long professional story which started in 2000, from the onset of my professional activities.

What I appreciate most with UGGC Avocats is that although it is basically established in France, it is open to other countries which means that we can work on a regular basis on cases with a Franco-Belgian and even international scope within a competent team comprising members we know.

My practice

One of my activities consists in dealing with personal estate and succession planning, essentially for Belgian or French clients (donations, life insurance contracts, legal schemes…), and assisting families who wish to get established in Belgium dealing with all administrative and tax matters.

I also provide advice to companies, especially on tax optimisation, restructuring or follow-up of their expatriate officers in Belgium.

Finally, I represent natural persons and companies in all tax litigations, both at the administrative and the judicial stage, as well as in the context of tax reassessment procedures.
