The Direction des affaires juridiques (Bercy) and the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas are organizing the 1st edition of the “Rencontres annuelles du droit public économique”.
Theme 2025: “Law, a lever for economic sovereignty?
Morning highlight:
The first round table, “Sovereignty and preference in public procurement”, will be co-hosted by :
- Thierry Dal Farra, partner at UGGC Avocats and lecturer at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas
- Céline Frackowiak, Deputy Director of Public Procurement Law (DAJ)
Alongside leading institutional and academic speakers, they will open the debate on a key issue for public purchasing: its vocation as an instrument for protecting French sovereignty.
The day will continue with 3 other round tables devoted to :
- regulating foreign investment in France
- enhancing the value of public property
- taxation, incentives and European preference
