Marine Simonnot will speak at 9:45 am with Bruno Robin & Romain Lantourne, lawyers, on the following topic: “Trust, an increased interest since the new ordinance on the law of companies in difficulty?”, as well as at 10:30 am on “The search for an agreement or why and how to set up a preventive measure such as the ad hoc mandate or conciliation?”
Charles-Emmanuel Prieur will speak at 3:30 pm on “Reinforcing equity capital with the entry of a new shareholder in times of crisis”.
