Advised by UGGC Law Firm, Stanwell Group take a stake in CAPZA Transition

March 20, 2023 – UGGC Law Firm advised Stanwell Group, a business transformation consultancy, in its €10 million investment in CAPZA Transition. The package is completed by senior bank dept provided by the LCL, CIC and Bred groups.

This LBO aims to transfer partners’s shareholdings to a new partner generation and reorganize shareholding structure around two Managing Directors, Thomas Tugendhat and Vincent Debray, and partner teams.

Partners now hold the majority of the capital and can leverage CAPZA Transition partnership to improve Stanwell Group’s organic development and make targeted, strategic acquisitions
