UGGC Avocats advises Eternam on its first venture into the healthcare sector

January 17, 2024 – UGGC Avocats advised Eternam on its investment of 30 million euros in the capital of DocCity, the parent company of the healthcare home group, thus completing its second round of financing since its creation.

Eternam is an AMF-approved asset management company. It creates all types of alternative investment funds designed to invest, directly or indirectly, in real estate.

This is Eternam’s first project combining real estate and healthcare, through an FPCI created for the occasion.

The DocCity group is a healthcare operator whose business model is also based on the development of a real estate portfolio throughout France.

This new fundraising will thus accelerate their development and the establishment of suitable medical buildings within major French conurbations.

Eternam was advised by UGGC Avocats with David Gordon-Krief, partner and Camille Hévin, associate. DocCity InvestCo, the DocCity group’s holding company, was advised by Galm Avocats with Arnaud Guérin, partner and Guillaume Chevais, partner.
