UGGC Avocats assists Mooncard in its fundraising of 20 million euros

Paris, September 15, 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading business law firm, has advised Mooncard in its €20 million fundraising with four leading investors (BlackFin Capital Partners and Partech and its historical funds Aglaé Ventures and RAISE Ventures).

Founded in 2016 and led by Tristan Leteurtre (CEO, ex-VLC, Anevia), Damien Metzger (CTO, ex-Prestashop) and Pierre-Yves Roizot (CFO, ex-Vente Privée), Mooncard is a leader in new generation corporate cards. Secured and customizable, the Mooncard corporate card can be used to pay any company expenses (business expenses, online purchases, subscriptions, etc.), and to fully computerize their administration (pre-filling of data, storage of receipts, accounting processing).

Present in France in more than 3,000 companies, this new financing should enable the fintech to launch within a year in five European countries including Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
