UGGC Avocats supports D-AIM in its merger with Splio to transform customer marketing

Paris, October 29, 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading business law firm, has assisted D-AIM in its merger with Splio. A major operation in the world of MarTech – digital marketing technologies.

The two French software companies announce the pooling of their know-how, expertise and resources to create the customer marketing of tomorrow. This merger involves the launch of a SaaS platform that covers the entire value chain of relationship marketing: from data structuring to marketing activation and augmented customer knowledge. A new scheme defined by D-AIM as Individuation Marketing®: using data with artificial intelligence to address the customer in the most relevant way.

D-AIM supports its clients in adopting this new concept. By entrusting artificial intelligence with the responsibility of identifying the best communication opportunities with each individual customer, D-AIM enables brands to dedicate a virtual marketer to each of them. This solution, which responds to the growing need for more ethical and empathetic customer marketing, is being deployed by leading players in the retail, media, telecoms and banking-insurance sectors.

The new group now has over 250 employees in 9 global offices and over 500 brands. Investment funds that had previously financed each of the companies have reaffirmed their commitment by participating in a €10 million round of financing for the newly created group.
