UGGC Avocats represented Restos du Cœur in the case involving a volunteer from the Restos du Cœur de Montreuil, who was prosecuted before the Bobigny Correctional Court for acts of denunciation of a crime or imaginary offense.
The Restos du Coeur, a civil party, claimed a symbolic euro for its loss.
The case was reserved for deliberation on 15 June.
