Review of the conference “The reform of nullities in company law” organized by UGGC Avocats

We were delighted to welcome a number of legal and business professionals to our conference on Thursday, July 10, 2025, dedicated to the March 12, 2025 ordinance on the reform of nullities in company law.

Charles-Emmanuel Prieur, partner at UGGC Avocats, and Thibaut Duchesne, associate professor of private law, led the discussion:

• Deciphering the reform’s major contributions;
• Analyze the new criteria for assessing nullity ;
• Measure the concrete impact on General Meetings, governance decisions and corporate actions, particularly in the case of SAS.

The conference was followed by a cocktail reception, which provided an opportunity for convivial exchanges between all participants.
