Who am I?
I was professionally born in UGGC Avocats! After being an intern, an associate and a counsel in the Corporate Law/Mergers and acquisitions Department of UGGC, I have been named partner in 2011.
I am also in charge of the direction of UGGC’s office in Casablanca.
At the same time, I enjoy pursuing a pedagogical activity in France and abroad by regularly leading conferences and formations about mergers and acquisitions and international investments

I had the opportunity and satisfaction to start and continue my career as a lawyer in a law firm which meets both my professional and human expectations.
Indeed, my belief is that the strength of our firm lies in the pleasure and satisfaction that we have to work together to provide our customers the best service and quality of services.
My practice
Although focused on mergers and acquisitions, my practice is nevertheless multidisciplinary since I regularly intervene in structuring of international investment, complex contracts as well as in litigation and arbitration.
I exercise my activity both in France and abroad, especially in the Maghreb and in Africa with the support of our teams in the office of Casablanca and the Africa Desk.
