Alice is a senior lawyer with the firm.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She trained in technology law at the prestigious Université de Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, specializing in “data law, digital administrations and open governments”. She masters the legal concepts and issues of the digital society (cybercrime, data law, internet law, open data).

It deals with the specific issues raised by the development of information and communication technologies, both in the field of administrative life and relations between administrations, users and citizens, and in the field of corporate life in their relations with public services and local authorities through the digitization of procedures (teleservices, public procurement).

She is passionate about digital law and has published a research project on the regulatory framework for data protection in Cameroon.

Alice advises on all aspects of emerging technologies such as blockchain, LegalTech, FinTech, crowdfunding, data protection, crypto-currencies, crowdfunding on blockchain platforms [via initial coin offering (ICO), security token offering (STO), initial exchange offering (IEO)], artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and autonomous systems.

She advises start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises on e-commerce, software licensing, technology transfer, digital content acquisition, media, financial services and issues relating to cybercrime, cybersecurity and data protection.

She works on legal technology (LegalTech) and financial technology (FinTech) projects and advises on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general strategy issues.

Alice is one of the lawyers recognized by leading international legal guides such as The Legal500. She is an accredited consultant to the World Bank.

Alice is fluent in French and English.
