Presentation
A lawyer specializing in Chinese business law / Mergers & Acquisitions, I am a partner at UGGC Avocats in Shanghai.
UGGC and me
With over thirty years’ experience behind me, I joined UGGC Avocats in 2026 because I found in the firm the human values, high standards and resilience that have always driven me. In a troubled international world, the serenity provided by UGGC’s professional teams is likely to reassure our clients in their choices and in their international ambitions, without forgetting the protection of their interests, which also remains at the heart of our concerns. The important thing is not to foresee the future, but to make it happen.
My practice
I assist French and European companies with their direct investment and M&A needs in the Shanghai region. I also advise on complex corporate law issues.
I have been a member of the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China, and a Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France since 2009. Now elected to the board of the Paris Committee of CCEFs, I am particularly involved in promoting the attractiveness of France, which testifies to my deep involvement in the development of economic exchanges between France, Europe and China.
I regularly address delegations from major institutions such as IHEDN, ESSEC and École Polytechnique. At the request of the Consulate General of France in Shanghai, I am often asked to present the legal environment of doing business in China to high-ranking French authorities, such as the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Justice and parliamentary delegations.
In 2019, I was awarded the first Women in Business in China prize by the French Chamber of Commerce. As the first foreign lawyer to be awarded the Magnolia Medal by the Shanghai Municipality, recognizing foreign citizens who have contributed to Shanghai’s economic and social development, I also benefit from a special ear with these authorities, which I can use to promote France’s attractiveness but also the interests of French and European companies.
