Clémence Lemétais d'Ormesson
Having a particular interest in the implementation of litigation strategy and the practice of litigation and arbitration, I have been a member of the Litigation & Arbitration Department of UGGC since 2007, when I joined the firm as an intern, and then became an associate, consultant and partner in January 2021.
UGGC & I
Thanks to the extremely varied and complementary skills of its lawyers, UGGC Avocats has all the qualities required to provide effective support to clients in all their legal issues by offering clients the possibility of combining the skills of each lawyer to provide an appropriate response.
My practice
I assist French and foreign clients before civil and commercial courts. In this context, I advise clients in the implementation of pre-litigation and litigation strategies, in particular in disputes related to the performance or termination of contracts, disputes between shareholders, pre- or post-acquisition disputes, disputes related to the liability and dismissal of managers or, more generally, in business litigation.
I also act as counsel and arbitrator in commercial arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international (institutional and ad hoc).
