Who am I?

I joined UGGC in 2000 as a partner after a career in a little law firm specialized in competition law and a forerunner in European law. I co-direct the competition and intellectual property departments.

UGGC & me

It is a beautiful story wich continues since for 16 years with always and again the pleasure of finding every morning the different teams that allow UGGC Avocats to offer its customers a global service and to bring them practical and effective solutions.

My practice

Essentially, my practice is to deal with mergers and litigation in competition law.

I also work with clients in distribution law and assist them in the drafting of complex commercial contracts.

Finally, we validate the advertisements offered by our customers.

One of my other areas of interest is intellectual property law, particularly in the luxury, industrial, parapharmacy and service industries. My clients come to consult me for the drafting of contracts relating to their copyright, trademark and design rights (licensing, assignment or coexistence ..) or in the context of litigation for infringement or unfair competition.
