Who am I?

I discovered intellectual property at the CEA and my interest in the IP / IT domain is confirmed every day, as the diversity of the stakes is high and in direct relation with the evolution of the civil society.

I then joined UGGC after an LLM at NYU and NYC Bar and became a partner in 1996.

In my work, I put a certain stubbornness to seek and support the right strategy, I prefer to listen and collaborate with the client, I anticipate the worst and the best collateral effects.

What excites me in my profession as a lawyer is technological and contractual innovation, the international dimension and the challenge of disblock complex situations.

UGGC & me

Lawyer at UGGC since its creation, I appreciated to have to develop the domain and the IP / IT expertise.
