With over ten years’ experience in assisting Chinese companies with their overseas investments, I joined the UGGC Avocats team in 2026. With the significant rebound in post COVID Chinese investments abroad, I am confident of developing and strengthening our legal department dedicated to Chinese clients.
My practice
I support Chinese clients in their cross-border operations between China, Europe and Africa, as part of their projects to set up, acquire or expand abroad.
With professional certification from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), I had the opportunity to work in the legal and compliance department of ICBC Europe Paris Branch, which enabled me to acquire in-depth knowledge of European regulatory and financial requirements.
Based for several years in Shanghai, I have developed a thorough understanding of the legal, economic and cultural environments in China and Europe.
